Day 67-71 Bagan, Burma sick, sick, sick

I spent about seven days in Bagan having a go at what I think was my first sinus infection. Not the ideal place to be as the town is dusty with a little extra dust. I spent a lot of my time eating the one meal a day I could be hungry for and reading Harry Potter from my upgraded two dollar extra room with a patio so I could have some daylight during the times the electricity was out during the day.

I did make a few friends to see the sights with. One of them was as sick as I was and we did a leisurely tour of the temples by horse cart one day. Took bicycles to the market another. A couple of nights I had the company of some swiss folks that were great to chat with as they had been almost everywhere. Here are a few pictures from my trip to the Bagan temples.

Had an unfortunate laugh attack when one of the women tending to the temple told me that the head of this Buddha fell off so a new one had been added....blame the cold on that one....
